You are welcomed to GOLD restaurant by a praise singer and then the evening starts with an energic drumming session by the live entertainment troupe. The 14-dish tasting menu is designed to be enjoyed in a traditional shared style.
Your host for the evening will share information about the dish’s country of origin and authentic cooking techniques and spices used. All the Halal-certified meat, poultry, and fish dishes come with vegetarian or vegan option.
Dinner is accompanied by interactive entertainment which includes praise singing to welcome you, Mali puppetry, tribal face painting, dancing to the rhythms of the marimba percussion and djembe drums. Guests are encouraged to join in the fun with interactive drumming and dance lessons.
