Breakfast comprises of a cold buffet selection as well as hot dishes served from the kitchen. Alfresco lunch features an amalgamation of light, healthy, and delighting African and Mediterranean dishes. Dinners are five-course, plated and elegant candle-lit affairs. High tea, a selection of teas and coffees with cakes, scones, pastries, and savoury snacks and sandwiches is served each afternoon.
