HEALTH AND ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
A valid passport is required and visas are required by some nationalities. We recommend that clients check requirements with visa authorities well in advance.

No inoculations are required at this time, but anti-malaria tables are advisable all year round.

CLOTHING AND CLIMATE:
It is advisable to pack for hot and cold conditions, year round. A hat, sunglasses and a high SP factor sunscreen are essential. The rainy season is from October / November to March / April. Summer temperatures range from 15C in the West to 43C in the North. Daylight saving puts Namibia one hour behind South Africa during the winter months (1st Sunday in April to 1st Sunday in September)
TIME DIFFERENCE:
Daylight saving April – September (1 hour behind South African time). There is no seasonal change or daylight saving in the Northern Caprivi Strip.
