Thought you might want some feedback on our trip.
We all arrived safely back home Friday evening with one small blip. The flight to Durban had some technical problems but we managed to exchange tickets and got on a SA flight.
As far as the whole package was concerned everthing was absolutely brilliant. It started at Vic Falls with your boss meeting and greeting us and introducing us to our transport and driver. The trip to the boat took nearly five hours, this was due to frequent toilet requirements due to excessive liquid intake.
At Binga we were greeted by your uniformed crew ( smart touch) and welcomed aboard and shown around before setting of on our adventure.
It would be remiss of me to not highly praise all of the crew as every single one of them could not do enough for us and gave us an absolutely brilliant experience. The cooking and food was world class and I think we all put weight on. How the cook does it in such a small area is beyond belief. The Skipper, Steven, has a great sense of humour and ensured everything ran smoothly.
I could write pages but will keep it short and close by thanking you personally for putting the whole trip together and I assure you that we will be using you and your company for any future trips. I hear that you have a new boat on the Chobe, let me have details when available.
